4.1 Rates & Delivery Thresholds

We offer a simple, transparent shipping pricing structure based on your cart total:

4.2 Order Processing Time

• Fulfillment Window: Orders are processed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays).

• Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM CET will begin processing on the next business day.

4.3 Shipping & Tracking

Once your package is dispatched from our distribution facility, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and carrier web link.

4.4 Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately during checkout. E.D. TOITURES is not responsible for missing packages or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or inaccurate address information provided by the customer. Reshipment fees ($5.99 USD) will apply if a package is returned to us due to an invalid address.

4.5 Customs & Import Duties

For international orders shipped outside the European Union, shipments may incur import taxes, VAT, or local customs clearance duties levied by your destination country. These additional fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
